Eugene Reinboth serves as Special Counsel at Belperio Clark, having joined the firm in 2009. Eugene's extensive legal career is supported by a robust academic foundation, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne. Prior to his current role, he successfully ran his own law firm, Reinboths – Business and Intellectual Property Law, and was the managing partner of a prominent Adelaide firm. Eugene's diverse practice encompasses acting for individuals and a variety of commercial clients such as companies, small businesses, partnerships, franchisors, franchisees, restaurateurs, not-for-profit organisations, landlords, and tenants. He frequently represents parties in building and construction contract disputes and advises on complex intellectual property and technology matters, including audits and commercialisation strategies. Eugene's expertise spans business, corporations, intellectual property, technology, commercial transactions, franchising, liquor licensing, trade practices, and international business issues. He has a particular strength in wills and estates, navigating issues such as inheritance family provision claims.
