Joseph Dinh is a dedicated Solicitor and Practice Lead, admitted to practise in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. With a robust background spanning over a decade, Joseph has honed his skills in strategic liability advice while working with GIO Workers Compensation and leading corporate firms. His clientele has covered a spectrum from small businesses to major corporations and media networks within Australia, enabling him to develop a keen ability to settle claims efficiently. At Benefit Legal, Joseph is instrumental in managing cases related to insurance litigation, workers compensation, motor accident claims, and disability insurance, including Total and Permanent Disablement claims.
