Rafal Rogusz

Rafal Rogusz is the Principal Solicitor and Founder of Benefit Legal Lawyers, established in 2015. Rafal's legal journey began in Poland after earning a master's degree in International Public Law in 2009. Seeking to broaden his expertise, he completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on Australian legal practice and graduating in 2013. Admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW, Rafal initially honed his skills as a litigation lawyer in well-regarded Sydney firms before venturing into his own practice. He has extensive experience across personal injury law, family disputes, commercial litigation, and estate and wills disputes. His clients value his high academic prowess and his efficient handling of complex cases, often praising his dedication to achieving the best outcomes. Rafal is also a Public Notary and maintains active memberships with the NSW Law Society and City of Sydney Law Society. Fluent in Polish and conversant in Spanish, Rafal is committed to understanding client needs and delivering optimal solutions. His academic background is complemented by postgraduate studies in International Logistics from Poznan University, where he achieved a high distinction, further enhancing his understanding of the legalities in international commerce and trade.
