Ryan Mitchell

Ryan Mitchell is the Legal Practitioner Director at Byrne Lawyers, having joined the firm in January 2015. Born in Gladstone, Ryan spent his formative years in the remote terrains of the Northern Territory and Central Queensland. He completed his high school education in Mackay before advancing to James Cook University in Townsville, where he earned his qualifications. Now residing in Bundaberg with his young family, Ryan enjoys leisure time on the family farm, fishing, and engaging in family activities. Promoted to Legal Practitioner Director in 2022, Ryan oversees the Bundaberg office, focusing his practice on Personal Injury Law, Wills, Estate Planning, and Estate Litigation. He is deeply committed to the regional communities of Queensland and is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to these areas. As a member of Rotary, he values community involvement and consistently seeks ways to give back. In 2020, Ryan achieved a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a dual major in Estate Planning and Wills and Estates, equipping him with advanced expertise to cater to the specific needs of clients in regional Queensland. His strong ties to the region, combined with his advanced qualifications, make him an adept and understanding legal partner for those he serves.
