Debbie Coman

Debbie Coman is the Principal Solicitor at Coman & Associates, bringing a wealth of legal expertise to her role. With a robust background that includes serving as an associate solicitor at Peter Dawson & Associates and working with the Public Defenders Office, Debbie assumed leadership of the Mount Druitt practice in April 2020. Her extensive experience includes managing high-profile criminal trials and sentencing matters in the District, Supreme Court, and the Court of Criminal Appeal. Debbie's academic achievements are substantial, holding a Master of Laws (Applied Law), an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, a Diploma of Law, and a Diploma of Business (Legal Services). She was admitted to practise as a Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2014. These qualifications equip her with the expertise required to excel across a wide array of legal services. Throughout her career, Debbie has been deeply involved in traffic and criminal matters, family law, conveyancing, and preparing wills, powers of attorney, and guardianship documents. She is adept at handling deceased estates, probates, and letters of administration, as well as family provision matters. Prior to her current role, Debbie honed her skills as a solicitor at Peter Dawson & Associates, an intern with the Deputy Senior Public Defender, and a volunteer conveyancing advisor.
