Johnny Escobar

Johnny Escobar is the Principal Solicitor and Proprietor of Escobar & Associates Solicitors, providing expert legal services to the Australian and Hispanic communities within Australia and abroad. With a comprehensive educational background, Mr Escobar holds an Arts Degree with a Double Major in Political Science and Sociology from the University of New South Wales, a Law Degree from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Masters in Law with a Double Major in Corporate Commercial Law and Media Communications and Information Technology from the University of New South Wales. Admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004, and registered with the Registrar of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia in the same year, Mr Escobar was appointed Public Notary by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012. In 2019, he was appointed as Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Sydney, a role that underscores his significant contributions to fostering international relations. His legal practice encompasses a wide range of areas including property transactions, conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney, migration, general employment law, commercial transactions, family law, and litigation.
