Jaime Stefanac is the founder of Family First Estate Planning, operating from her family farm in Northern New South Wales. As a lawyer and mother of five, Jaime is dedicated to offering families across Australia clarity, confidence, and peace of mind through comprehensive estate planning services. With nearly two decades of experience in family law and estate planning, she has honed her skills in Sydney-based firms, gaining valuable insight by working alongside accountants and financial advisers. This experience has deepened her understanding of the interplay between legal, financial, and personal considerations in protecting families and legacies. Jaime's commitment to excellence is evident in her continual pursuit of learning and refinement. As part of The Art of Estate Planning group, she engages with a network of professionals to stay informed about the most strategic and up-to-date practices. Her focus extends beyond creating legal documents, aiming to ensure her clients' voices and wishes are respected, especially in unexpected situations. Before establishing Family First, Jaime worked as a solicitor at Scarf Family Law, where she handled both estate planning and family law matters. Her earlier roles include working with E&A Lawyers and Osborne Yuille & Associates, where she gained experience in estate planning, commercial law, and self-managed superannuation funds. A qualified solicitor since 2014, Jaime began her legal journey as a paralegal in 2007, following her education at Macquarie University and the College of Law. Jaime's approach is both professional and supportive, prioritising resolution in legal matters. She believes in providing high-quality, personalised legal advice, allowing clients to manage their affairs effectively without dealing with the traditional pressures of legal navigation.
