Gregory Eliades, a partner at Giles Payne & Co, brings decades of dedication and experience to his clients. After obtaining his Law degree from Sydney University, Greg was admitted to practice in 1983. His commitment to the firm he joined in 1984 culminated in his partnership by 1994, demonstrating his unwavering dedication and expertise across an impressive legal career. Having practiced with the same firm for 38 years, Greg has cultivated a loyal client base, often representing colleagues from his days at Kensington Primary School and Randwick Boys High. His practice flourishes as he continues to serve not just individuals, but entire families over generations, showcasing the deep trust his clients place in him. Greg’s extensive experience encompasses Property Law, Wills and Estates, Elder Law, Commercial Leasing, and Strata Law. His long-standing role as Solicitor for a local Credit Union particularly highlighted his skill in assisting members with property transactions, which he continues to this day. In 1994, Greg expanded his professional capabilities by being admitted as a Public Notary, and since 2007, he has been a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries, providing valuable assistance with intricate international document matters. Outside of his legal career, Greg has a passion for sports, especially Rugby and swimming, and enjoys reconnecting with old school friends.
