With over 30 years of dedicated experience in family law, Adrian is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria and holds the distinction of being an Accredited Family Law Specialist. His legal acumen is further recognised through his membership in the Family Law Sections of both the Law Council of Australia and the New Zealand Law Society. Adrian's legal journey commenced with his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, following his tenure at the Family Court of Australia. His international credentials are bolstered by his admission to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales, where he practised family law from Gray’s Inn in London. His professional contributions include serving on the Executive Committee of the Law Institute’s Family Law Section and its Court Practice sub-committee. Renowned for his presentations at various legal conferences and seminars, Adrian has also contributed significantly to the Law Institute Journal with numerous articles. His court appearances span across Victoria, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including the Full Court and the High Court, showcasing his extensive litigation experience.
