Blake Motbey

Blake Motbey serves as a senior associate at Influence Legal, where he began his journey as a paralegal in 2018. He merges his passion for the arts and creative industries with a robust legal background, having worked with a legal team at a major record label and volunteered with the Arts Law Centre of Australia. Blake has also been instrumental in advising student start-ups through the UNSW Entrepreneur Legal Centre. Throughout his tenure, he has expanded his expertise across various areas, including commercial contracting, intellectual property, information technology, and entertainment law. His notable achievements include conducting privacy assessments for a big four firm and completing secondments with both a global franchising business and a global beverage company.
