Greta King is the Principal Lawyer and Director at King Legal. Her journey into law began with qualifications from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry before she moved to Australia. Greta earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Western Sydney. Furthering her expertise, she completed a Master of Laws focusing on Family Law at The College of Law, where she also obtained her Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution. An accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Mediator under the National Mediation Accreditation System through the Law Society of New South Wales, Greta is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She has served as instructing solicitor in significant cases before the High Court, Supreme Court, and Federal jurisdiction. Greta’s primary focus is Family Law, with a passion for resolving parenting disputes, complex property matters, and Divorce Applications, including areas such as Surrogacy. Her practice also spans commercial law, property, and conveyancing. Her contributions to the profession have been recognised with awards like the New South Wales Law Society President’s Award and the Parramatta City Council Australia Day Awards.
