Mark Houston is the Director and senior corporate lawyer at Landerer & Company, having joined as a partner in 1991. With a career spanning several decades, Mark has been practising corporate and commercial law since 1984. He brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, and legal due diligence. Mark's advisory skills encompass business start-ups, corporate reorganisations, commercial agreements, and executive employment contracts. His clientele includes publicly listed companies, overseas groups, and high net worth private entities across a wide array of industries. Prior to his tenure at Landerer & Company, Mark was a partner at Simons & Baffsky, honing his skills and establishing a formidable foundation for his distinguished career. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Adelaide.
