

Kristina Komadina is an Associate at Marr Family Lawyers, admitted as a Solicitor in October 2021. She focuses exclusively on family law, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation in Wollongong and throughout New South Wales. Kristina is dedicated to assisting clients with a wide range of family law issues, particularly parenting disputes, where she offers a tailored and practical approach. Her work involves intricate aspects such as pre-action negotiations, private mediations, and various court proceedings including interim and final hearings. Kristina collaborates closely with Counsel on complex matters, ensuring detailed attention to cases involving property settlements, divorce applications, spousal maintenance, and family violence. Her experience extends to dealing with relocation and recovery applications, contravention and enforcement applications, and urgent interim applications. Before joining Marr Family Lawyers in September 2022, Kristina gained extensive experience at Hansons Lawyers where she worked as a Solicitor and Law Graduate. Her foundational experience was further enriched during her time as a Law Clerk at Rossi Simicic Lawyers and as a Legal Intern in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) with Distinction from the University of Wollongong, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is admitted onto the Register of Practitioners at both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of NSW, reflecting her commitment to providing high-level legal services in family law.
