Michael Smith

Michael Smith is a senior lawyer admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is also registered as a practitioner before the High Court of Australia. Since his admission as a solicitor in Queensland in 1978, following the completion of his articles with a well-established Brisbane City firm, Michael has developed extensive experience over more than 40 years. He relocated to the Gold Coast in 1991 to assume a senior role with a leading Southport firm. Throughout his career, Michael has focused on disputes and dispute resolution, with significant involvement in litigation matters.
