About Rebecca
Rebecca Griffiths, an Associate Director at Pevy Lawyers, was admitted to practice in early 2010. She commenced her career with experience at a national law firm in Sydney and a major Gold Coast property practice. Prior to joining Pevy Lawyers, Rebecca represented prominent developers, including Meriton Group, in both transactional and consultancy roles. Her experience in management rights from diverse perspectives has honed her strategic capabilities in navigating political and commercial issues within strata title living. Since joining Pevy Lawyers, Rebecca has established herself as a leading figure in the management rights sector, handling numerous transactions across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and the Northern Territory. She has a particular interest in off the plan management rights acquisitions, having been involved in some of the most significant and intricate multi-scheme developments from North Queensland to Melbourne's Docklands. Her precision is well recognised, especially given the complex nature of management rights agreements and their regulatory impacts. Rebecca is adept at representing both large consortiums and individual operators with ease. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of International Business, is a certified practising solicitor in Queensland, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is an active member of the Queensland Law Society and a regular participant in Australian Resident Accommodation Managers’ Association events. A long-time Gold Coast resident, Rebecca enjoys her role as a mother to two boys, cherishing time with her family and dogs, and travelling overseas whenever possible.
