Malcolm Morris is the Principal Solicitor and a seasoned practitioner with a profound breadth of experience in various legal domains. Having completed his Bachelor of Economics and Honours Degree in Law at Monash University, Malcolm was admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1994. He further advanced his legal expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws in 1996. Malcolm's career commenced at Alan Rotman & Associates, where his exceptional capabilities led to the establishment of Rotman & Morris in 1996. He and Alan Rotman shared a successful partnership for 15 years until Alan's semi-retirement. Malcolm's extensive expertise spans Property Law, Wills and Probate, Litigation, and Debt Recovery, demonstrating his ability to oversee a broad spectrum of general practice areas. In recognising the community's demand for accessible legal services, he launched the Dromana office in 2014, providing crucial legal assistance on the Mornington Peninsula. Malcolm is committed to fostering client satisfaction by collaborating closely with his staff and ensuring efficient service delivery. As the owner of Rotman & Morris, Malcolm has been instrumental in expanding the firm's services, exemplified by the creation of Commercial Property Leases.
