

Russell Kelly, the Principal of his own practice at Norwest Business Park, has been a distinguished member of the legal community since his admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 1972. Before establishing his practice, he served as the Chairman of Partners at a prominent Parramatta firm, where he was integral to the commercial group. Russell's expertise encompasses business law, property law, and contested estates, particularly Family Provision Act applications. He has significant knowledge in property development law and environmental law, and he remains committed to staying abreast of legal developments through continuous education. In 1994, Russell achieved Specialist Accreditation in property law, a testament to his comprehensive knowledge and application skills, which are rigorously evaluated through peer assessments. His accreditation requires ongoing professional development, ensuring that his practice remains at the cutting edge of the legal field. Appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court in 1992, Russell has effectively supported the firm’s international clients. Formerly an Arbitrator in the District Court, he recently shifted focus entirely to his business and commercial law practice.
